Bee Identification

Can anybodu help with the identification of the attached photo I took this pic in Botswana, I am told that this particular bee nests about 2-3 feet underground, nest is about the size of a large grape fruit. Scale of this little bee is smaller than a grain of rice....

If it is smaller than a grain of rice, you may feel your spelling is off - but taking photos seems to be spot on. But I can't identify it, sorry.

Thank you nelletap...... I blame fat fingers for typing errors. I spotted it collecting pollen/ nectar off tiny flowers on some grass seed blooms
