Are they any good and are they available in the uk? Looking at utube, it looks like an easy quick way to de bee a super. I guess a leaf blower would do it but they are a bit cumbersome to carry from hive to hive.

At least you would get to the honey before the bees!
I have yet to find a clearing system that works without the bees stripping every last ounce before the beekeeper can rob it for his own personal needs!

The Makita petrol leaf blower i use is not at all cumbersome, light and can be used in one hand, great piece of kit for clearing supers.

I presume that I ought to think that you are joking.
But I'm not sure.

Likewise the small Hitachi I've used (on leaves). Two stroke though, which is a bit of extra faff if your other engined kit (lawnmower/strimmer) is 4 stroke.
 
make sure it doesnt blow exhaust fumes,
Problem with some of the two strokes is the exhaust gas is ducted into the blown airstream thus covering frames etc in two stroke exhaust, just a re- route job
