B&Q timber cutting - no longer much use?

Scewfix and B&Q are owned by the same holding company. Screwfix are however are significanly cheaper then B&Q for screws etc.
 
Actually, I use N Yorks Timber. No reason why apart from I always have and they give me a bigger discount now. Either are helpful and will do a good job.

I have priced several items at both outlets and NYT have been almost double the price on nearly all quotes.

Especially birch ply, but by far the best for BP and still having the quality is Martin Falls at bedale.

Birch 6- 9 - 12 Ply are fifteen quid a sheet and 18 ply is still only 24 quid a sheet.

A 25 sheet at NYT were quoting over 70 quid, gulp.

Higher prices within a mile or so like at the old ATS ;)
