Are there any queen rearers on Orkney?

Yes there are beekeepers in Orkney I don't think they are Queen rearing but they have nice native Amm. You could contact them through the SBA
 
As well as Orkney and Shetland There are beekeepers on South Lewis, Mull, Colonsay, Tiree. All have native Amm and are still varroa free. The same for the beekeepers in the north and Wester Ross
 
Also one on Shetland.

Yes, I met him last year (in part thanks to Poly Hove). Nice guy and nice bees. Very dark and busy, but not angry when we saw them.

I met a beekeeper in South Uist in 1997. I dont' belive Varroa had reached south Uist at that time, but it was already in Scotland
