Just a quick one, I want to treat a nuc, do I give it a full dose or do I put only half one in at a time. When I say nuc, it's been put in a national hive but is still small, three frames.

If it was mine I would take 1/2 of one strip, break into 2 (ie 1/4 strips) and place these each end of frames. So, over 4 weeks you will use max of 2 strips (1 pack)

I assume you have dummied down the national hive so bees aren't left with big void to heat?

Yeh I have dummy boards in.
Would you put them in the half that is empty to keep them far away from brood, or put them in the corners where the brood is?
I will be putting them back in a nuc box later next month if they do grow, but didn't want to treat them in a nuc with reduced space!
