another newbee question

when i get my hives im thinking of going with national 14x12 bb .what is the differance between the 14x12 and standard bb i know the frames are bigger is it just a hight differance?do the standard national suppers still fit and would the 14x12 bb still fit on a standard national stand ..thanks roger.

Yes, it's only a difference in height, all other dimensions are the same
