Got a few little reminders today...always double check zips before opening your hive

ive been sorting a hive ive wanted to get into for two weeks, swarmed got swarm back three stings to hand, rehoused them another sting to hand, picked up box bee under neath sting to hand again

I learnt that lesson last week when I could see tha BACK of a bee just before she stung me on the eye lid.

Yes we all do it in the excitement of things and was only last Sunday at the association apiary that another member pointed out that I was flying low
