Mine were all alive last time I looked. I am intending to put fresh fondant on this weekend but am really worried about what I'll find.

Up here in sunny Wakefield, the temperature isnt getting above 3 at ANYtime. Thankfully my see through crown boards will allow me to see the bees (or lack of) withough having to open the hive too much.

Please hurry and arrive spring.....

I bloomin' well hope not or a lot of us will be saying goodbye to a lot of our colonies.
Last year was such a washout and I was so upbeat moving to Wales and seeing the bees enjoying all that Balsam. It makes you so despondent.
