When I carry out my first inspection and If there is eny food stores left in the super what should I do with these stores my concern is will the stores be tainted with the vorrnoa treatments I have carried out.

Thanks

Trick is to try and ensure they do not have too much stores - of course all depends when you first inspect - if they are only on a few frames they are going to be busy brooding and may still need those stores to feed brood until
a)There is a flow on
b)they have sufficient foragers to collect a surplus.
Wait until you think they will use the super for stores and I bet nine times out of ten they will have cleared it of winter stores. If not, Take off those frames and give them fresh ones to draw and fill

Thanks

My daughter found two ladybirds in her house today, one had two spots and the other nine. Also lots of gnats about in the sun.
