Add mated queen to snelgrove ?

I have a typical set up with national brood box then Q excluder , 2 supers ,snelgrove board then another brood ..... I was wondering if I could introduce a mated queen to the bottom brood chamber . Is this possible ..... Many thanks in advance
 
With a typical Snelgrove set up there should be a mated Q in that bb already
- no problems changing her for another if you want.

From my experience with a 'snelgrove' hive, the colony above the board seemed indifferent to changes made below....

Yes, if only Qcells on top you can add a Q to the bottom bb -using Q intro cage with fondant
