A light grey dusting

Hi I wonder if anybody may have come across this before we check our hives yesterday in hive one we notice some bees with a light grey dusting over them not sure what it might be?

Probably pollen. Mine have been working himalayan balsam. they get covered in pollen, clean off as much as they can, but there's a big patch of their backs they cant reach. Eventually the other bees clean it off.
