21 here feels like summer again and bees have been packing it in the last week.

Greetings Bontbee,
the latin name is, Aptenia cordifolia, we know it as the belly button plant,
it is in flower everyday of the year and the bees love it, we have lavender and rosemary and the bees ignore both, first thing in the morning though the false pepper tree nextdoor is alive with bees, adios.

Thanks Juanito - the reason I asked was because it reminded me of Mesembryanthemum - I used to grow them a long, long time ago. Having looked it up, I see that it is a Mesembryanthemum but by a different name now!
