OK, so I am not going to win any photography prizes, but I am just learning, so please forgive the blurriness..

Nice shot, you can see the eggs too, so she has been there within the last 3 days.
 
She most certainly is nowhere to be seen now, and I spent as long as I could searching for her yesterday, and again today. I was given a frame of brood today, that is now in there, eggs, larva and new bees emerging from cells, so hopefully it will get a bit busier. I am going to leave well alone for a week now, tho I may check the feed midweek to see what's gone. It has been untouched so far.
 
Fingers crossed you get a nice Queen from one of your cells.
Ive got about 4 hives now queenless from splits made, i know two have virgins, but it is still worrying, nature usually finds a way.
