Where would be flowering?

Went down to my bees this morning 4-5 degrees according to the car, and I noticed bees bringing pollen in. Not many perhaps one a minute flying off and coming back with yellow pollen. What would be in flower this time of year?

Possibly gorse, doesn't grow here so no idea of pollen colour.

One of our local woods has a carpet of this.

is the willow and hazel coming through yet where you are as my lot would only have gorse around this time

Maybe Hellebores (Christmas Rose) or Christmas Box( Sarcocca Humilis).

Have you a garden centre near? my girls are very cheeky and try before they buy!!
