When is it legal to label honey organic ???

There must be limited easily accessible areas in the UK where you can site your hives and have your bee's forage naturally on crops and flowers that have NOT
been either sprayed with some sort of chemical or having fertiliser added to the soil to help them grow, bearing this in mine, is it legal or not to label your honey Organic, how strict is the criteria.

As I understand the rules you must have your bees in an area where a 3 miles radius is totally organic. The honey can be tested for trace residues of chemical substances.
