Did an inspection yesterday, havn't seen this before. I pulled these bits out of cells...in amongst what looked like normal healthy brood. My first thought was perhaps this is chalk brood?

The two bits to the right look like dried up larvae, the one of the right looks like it's made it in to pupae but died.

Like I said, there was plenty of healthy looking brood but a few of these scattered amongst it.

Any idea?

Thanks.

Matt
