Too complicated, just get your honey from a human who says this jar/container only contains honey produced by my bees. Simples. I know that is not real life , but come on, fraud on this scale only serves to demonstrate that big name stores and brands can no longer be trusted. At some point this has to bite them in the derrier

Most of them have been totally untrustworthy since accountants started running the show, so around the time Mrs Thatcher stamped all over everyone and in some cases even before that.

some time back we had a company team at the Apiary they spent a few hours building hive components then we would give Honey tasting, we had Honey from apiaries worldwide. The MD said he didn't like Honey so would leave. I told him a taste was not a spoonful but a small amount on a coffee stirrer, so he agreed to try a bit of Honey from the Bees at the Apiary. After tasting he told me I'd not given him Honey as it tasted wonderful, I asked where the Honey he didn't like came from and he said the supermarket!! So I told him that was never pure honey

My Friend who consumes over 50 jars a year was forced to buy some from Aldi when I ran out a year ago. His verdict on the Aldi honey was they at least made it sweet and sticky
