What flower's this then?

As you know - bit of a dullard when it comes to flower identification, My late stepfather plantd these in front of the house, today they were absolutely alive with bumbles (two kinds I think) They've been there for years, but this is the first time I've noticed that many bees on them.

Looks like a Heuchera. Tiny flowers but the nectar must be something special. One of my Mum's favourites and loved by Bumbles.

Definitely won't be in my garden then. I can hear the rumbling from the chapel grounds and the distant churchyard as both my stepfather and grandfather turn in their graves! (don't like the beer either!

I have several diffrent varietys of heuchera in my garden and the bumble bees have been all over them this year. Is it me or are there alot more about than in recent years.

Where as S. × urbium (London pride), is a hybrid between Pyrenean saxifrage (S. umbrosa) and St. Patrick's cabbage (S. spathularis)

Must say i was fond of a Bottle or two of the chiswick breweries "London pride".

I have masses here but nothing at all is on it.

same here they have been on all my fruit trees and are in masses on my old fashioned geraniums very few honey bees about i would like to know how they have come out of the winter so strongly without fondant treatment and pampering.
