We have had new members over the last 4 weeks with email addresses that would say TS are aware.

A cheap and quick method to enforce an indisputable debt is to issue a statutory demand (google it, it'll take too long for me to type an explanation). The threat of bankruptcy is far more effective than the threat of a court's judgement, and all the hoops you have to jump through to enforce it.
I hate the small claims court anyway, it takes the bread from my mouth, and that leaves the honey all over my lap.
