Virgin queen or cells

Is there a better take by the bees in a mating nuc for a vergin queen hatched in an incubater or queen cells.

only requeened apideas about 15 times so far but they never damaged a queen cell but killed two virgins.
theres a nice leaflet by i think its rooftops which covers the risks

i still like to add virgins as i get to check them over first. but the argument for hatching into a hive is a good one aswell as aposed to hatching into an incubator
