Never creases to amaze me how some posters seem to think they know more about what is going on in someone else's hive 100'sof miles away from them vs the observant guy who looks after the hive.

Indeed that’s true but this is the beginners section and I must admit I was surprised that an experienced beekeeper like Millet would tip the surviving bees from a dead out into a healthy hive.
He has quite a following in this section and has a responsibility.

Strangely enough, in all fairness, - that 'very observant' guy has intimated more than once in this thread that he doesn't have much of a clue what's going on in there
And as for pouring the surviving bees from a virtual deadout into a healthy colony..............
