Canberra? Seat of government there or what else might it be explains their performance? Their policies never seemed that smart to me but maybe they enjoy time spent on a good distraction.

I can't work out my average score without knowing the rules. E.g What's the score if you fail ? Is the average taken from when you started or over a week ? I improved.
