Good news indeed, time to go out and treat SWMBO to a new wooden leg then, she's been wingeing for a while that her present one has got woodworm.

Its gone up 60% here since last September

Currently constructing a garden out building, prices still on the up here. OSB3 t & g was £17.40 each last week or week before now £29.44.
C24 keeps changing with new stock arrival seems to be about 50p extra per metre for 4 or 5 x 2.
