Thornes visit...

Visited Thornes in Rand. Lincs. this morning. I was like a kid in a sweet shop
Bought some bits and pieces but could have gone daft, there's so much "stuff" I wanted.
It was great to handle some things I have read about here or seen photos of, nothing like getting something in your hands to understand it.
I would recommend a visit to any beginner, just to window shop if nothing else.
It's sad I know but I could have spent hours there.
And the smells... aw man!

You ought to plan a revisit on the 7th - it’s their sales day

I looked at what I had on the counter at cash out and we checked the items that will be in the sale but most of my items were not in the sale and we happened to be in the area but will not be on sale day.
Sound advice if you are nearby and looking though and the items for sale list has some good savings to be made.
