Sworming time in spring, seems no one in class or
In starting with bees ,and was the best way not to make
More bee but keep the same amount ...

That is how bees multiply... totally natural!
The beekeeper just has to manage it.
Every beekeeping book ever published will have at least one chapter dedicated to the subject..... Read widely!

The chap wants to know how to stop swarming so that he can keep the one hive he is starting with. I suspect he is also saying that there are no Beekeeping classes available to him.
So
Swarming is a natural behaviour that enables the bees to reproduce their colony
You can’t stop it but you can manage it.
There are manipulations where you can create an artificial swarm on top of an existing hive. Or you can split the colony and have two hives temporarily before re uniting them into one.
You really really need to get help with this so I suggest you look around for your local Beekeeping club and get some advice and mentor ship.
