Collected my nucleus today and It was overcrowded with bees .They had ,so little space that they started to build comb on the top of 2 frames .The first thing which I noticed were these presumably queen cells .I started to worry that queen has died ,but than I have found her and she was fine. Does that mean that they decided to swarm because of lack of space or to supercede current queen ?
Cells weren't capped and I have seen worker bees diving into them probably feeding new larva queens ? Will they not swarm now that they have 5 empty frames to care about ?
That will happen to these alleged QC and current queen if I leave them ? Do I need to destroy them ?
P.S. Why bees keep doing circles near hive for several hours after you let them in ? Is that forager bees learning their new position ? Also quite a few bees there just standing without doing anything near hole in crownboard while others were flying and landing or doing Nasonov gland dance .Does that mean anything ?
Also they are hanging of the crownboard .

Are they supposed to do that ? Does that mean they need more space even now ?

Have you got a mentor?

Doesn't look overcrowded to me. The 'queen cell' looks like a play cup. Was there an egg or larva in it? I suspect not. Leave them or knock them back ... whatever, they'll build more.

'Comb on the top of two frames' is probably them just filling the gap between the top bar and the crownboard of the nuc.

If you've not got a mentor try and get one ... an inspection with an experienced beekeeper is both informative and reassuring.

That is a photo from the hive after I have transferred frames .It wasn't proper nuc just plastic box with bees inside and the amount of bees was so big that I couldn't see the frames without using beebrush . I was worried they hang on the crownboard because there is still lack of space even with 5 empty frames. If it is a qc will they swarm if I don't touch it ? Or they will turn qc bees into workers since there is now plenty of space ?
Thank you

Have you seen the queen, or signs of her presence - are there are eggs present on your frames?

If so, knock the QCs back, the extra space in the new hive may mean they lose any swarming urge (but may not!) but I would expect you'll see cups at each inspection for the next few weeks.

Hanging off the crown board is normal, and in a very busy hive you're likely to see many more bees than what's shown in your pic - make sure you check to make sure the queen isn't on there before placing the crown board down on the floor or wherever.
