I really liked the idea, but my bees didn't.
Tip - don't use a fine mist sprayer - the wind direction changes..........

Don't add sugar just a fine mist of water.

- 6 to 8 Langstroth jumbos, a few Langstroth and National nucs.
I use a water only spray for nasty bees , and when marking virgin queens.. reduces chances of flying.
Sugar : messy, sprayer clogs up if left with solution, bees don't like it, marking slippery queens not easy..

Yes, should have added reserved for bees who leave the frames or dealing with problems like this Summer, removing a big cluster of bees from under the OMF.
