Stockpiling Honey

Do those of you who have a regular customer/retail commitments stockpile honey for those lean years? If so, how many 'years' of stock do you try to keep?
My stockpile resides in buckets in our basement so in maintained at a fairly constant temperature of around 14-16 'C.

I have about a years worth in stock which rolls year on year.
