Bees have a white pollen dot on thorax if it’s that.

Mine are bringing in mustard ATM. The local farmer is using it as green manure. Same family as OSR and similar pollen (light beige).

I had the same coming in yesterday. I did notice some fresh looking Russian Vine flowers nearby at the weekend so could be that.

Others have said ivy pollen was beige, so l thought the yellow pollen l saw going in must have been something else, although nothing else was flowering.

its the same colour as the upper far left one. cream coloured.

The yellow one is Ivy, at a guess I'd say the other is Viburnum.

It could be Winter Heliotrope, winter flowering Heather or possibly Butterbur. The yellow pollen is most probably Ivy.

I’ve seen pollen being taken in on Christmas Eve before now, so nothing unusual. Not bothered to check activity over the Christmas period for a few years, but I expect it still occurs in these days of peculiar seasons.

Both garden hives have been quite busy at times, recently. As have the bees in one out-apiary, at the last time I checked.
