Hello everybody,
this is a recipe that a cooking teacher gave to me few years ago, may be you know it, but is so so easy and really tasty. You can find it here http://www.theydrawandcook.com/recipes/queen-bee-rice-pudding-by-salli-swindell
I do some changes, spanish style, the first is to use natural vanilla instead of essence and I put from the beginning a piece of lemon skin in the milk (but just the yellow zone not the white). I recommend to put a little more milk (a half cup). When is cold and ready to eat, you can put a little of cinnamon powder over it.
I hope you enjoy the dish. My son loves it.
