References or Experiences with Swienty

We are considering purchasing a decapping, extraction and filling line from Swienty and wanted feedback on how they are to deal with and in particular with regards to

1. Quality of the equipment they supply
2. After Sales service and how long have you dealt with them for?
3. Would you recommend them for a process line or is their someone else in the industry who is recommend for this line?

I have used swienty for a couple of years now there service is good the equipment is good quality. There good to deal with I will be making another order soon I have not purchased what you have ask for but I have seen there 20 frame extractor in use and it is well made

been using them for 10 years, with total faith in them, I never buy equipment in the uk due to costs, you can also order on line or telephone and arrange for personal collection.

we go over for a weekend away and come back loaded to the hilt in the car. best one we ever did was a caravan holiday and came back with 30 poly hives flat packed in the caravan.

decent costs and delivery charges into the uk combined P&P still cheaper than the uk stuff

We would differently recommend them for both quality and service, we got an Api-melter from them and i can honestly say we could not do without it now and we have reclaimed so much wax and honey from cappings using it it will pay for itself in no time, we have also got a few other things from them, all equal quality and very pleased with them.

If you are spending that sort of money then you should add an Api-melter to the list, like Chris I cannot believe the wax and honey you recover with it especially if you have any OSR honey to deal with, Swienty are an excellent company to deal with.

IF you are in "The Bee Farmers Asociation"
It s possible to get discounts ,I believe, on Swienty products....
Worth doing IF you intend to make a large investment....
I got an Apimelter considerably cheaper by buying through them.
The exchange rate is also good at the moment....
I have a lot of old Swienty poly nuc boxes and they are very good...
The Apimelter lid is very heavy and the hinge broke the first time I opened it otherwise excellent so far....

They are a good bunch to deal with. I buy mainly hive parts from them but also have an ApiMelter and a pump. I haven't used the filling line, extractors or uncappers so can't comment on those, but the best recommendation is that any problems have always been resolved.
