I keep all my records on evernote, I also have handy guides and pdfs loaded in. Means I've got my beekeeping handbook on my phone, tabket etc whenever I need them.

Makes not much idea. Most Points serve Queen breeding
The year has Several phases, what you should remember TO take care

- build up in spring, more space,
- swarming control etc procedures
- yield harvesting and more space
- nuc things and build up history
- late summer duties
- prepare wintering/varroa
- wintering, colony after winter, how succesfull
As you see, record system do not care about yield issues.

TO ME number OF brood frames and number OF boxes in dummer tells much about quality OF Queen.
