Question about double brood

Looking closely at those darker frames 1 has sealed brood and some appear to be empty I’d suggest the queen will find space. I’d be inclined to close up and leave for a week or 2. They can scrape the odd frame or juggle empty 1s to the edge of new brood area later.
Agreed; leave them for the queen to get mated. The colony is unlikely to be that large for winter so one brood box should be enough. You'll be back to the equivalent of a 5 frame nuc again (!) - but will have learned a lot in the mean-time.
 
Is that the abdomen of the queen on the top of the frame in photo no 6, under a gap in bee coverage?
