Avoid the LED versions, they may seem tempting as they are cheaper and said to last 15,000-20,000 hours but the definition is poor even with a HDMI input.

We've just purchased the Optoma ES522

Does everything we need. It is quiet too. Ours didn't come with the projector to USB cable which allows the remote to work as a pointer. Only cost £1 from Amazon.
