Thanks members for your replies,

I was trying to source some polystyrene nuclei boxes but im on commercial hives, does any members know where i may get some. I have seen a advert in beecraft for nationals nuclei being sold by a company called paynes bee farm, i was curious to find that they hold sold out online on these items.

you can use the MB 6 frame jumbo poly nucs
BUT
will need to modify yourself or make some appropriate frame converters

See previous post by RAB (o90o) showing pics of sort of way these nucs can be modified for non dadant/langstroth frames.

can't find the old posts but oliver90owner (rab) is the person to contact for pics - he puts 47mm fillers into his nucs to fit national size (14x12 or standard brood)

you just need to choose appropriate fillers or frame converters.

yes- thanks mark - that was it- i knew rab had done a similar conversion but the DP one is very elegant.
