polyhives and petrol don't mix

What should I have done to kill a colony in a polyhive. What would happen to a foulbrood colony in a polyhive.

If afb then bees and frames are destroyed by burning. If efb then probably shook swarm onto fresh frames.

Poly and plastic hives are disinfected using bleach.

20% fairy liquid 80% water sprayed on the bees should kill them and i then would use fairy kitchen cleaner foam spray which has bleach in it to clean the hive

that's not an advert of unilever or who ever makes the above products, it is just what is under my kitchen sink, other similar products will do
