The first regional meeting for the All Ireland Pollinator Plan will take place on the 17th and 18th February 2017 at the Lough Neagh Discovery Centre, Lurgan, County Armagh: http://www.biodiversityireland.ie/projects/irish-pollinator-initiative/all-ireland-pollinator-plan/
I understand the UBKA will have a representative or representatives speaking on the Saturday and the other regional bee keeping organisations will be represented also. The event represents a further opportunity to influence how pollinating insects can be best supported across the island of Ireland.
