Would any members like to know what pollen grains are present in their Honey?

If so PM me and I'll give you my address to send at least 10-20mg of your honey. I will use the sedimentation method as I do not own a centrifuge machine. I'll place them on a slide (microscopic) and photo them and explain what pollen is present in your honey.

Any takers?

It will be interesting to see whats in mine as it should be 100% from the same source.

Will PM you Bcrazy.

Thats a great offer to members,thank you.

I will e-mail Sweetums, Frisbee, and admin with my address.

Please send about 10 - 20 gm of honey and I will look at the pollen grains.
If you have a couple of different apiaries and therefore different honey then send as many as you wish.

If there is anyone else let me know and I give you my address.

Regards;

Silly question, but what would be the best thing to put 20mls of honey in for shipping?

A small jam presentation jar. A film holder. A little pot or similar. Pop it in a jiffy bag and post.

Regards

Thanks Bcrazy.

I think I have one of those hotel breakfast jam(thats preserve in posh hotel speak) jars I can send it in.
