Plant identification please

could be larkspur -apparently it is the flower for July and denotes fickleness
 
no thinking, it is purple loosestrife. Good bee plant and favoured by white butterflies but not sure if honeys work it?

I have it round my wildlife ponds, not in flower for a few weeks yet but will be able to see if the HB's use it.
 
To enter back into the fray on a more serious note after my childish attempt at humour :party:

On looking closer at the photo I have that plant in my garden wildlife pond. Flowers if I recall correctly later in summer and was good for Bombus certainly.
