First gen hopefully will be just as good, it sounds like you really like that stockHope so happy with the stock this one came from, apart from their calmness the jury is still out on the next batch from my original hive

So in effect a 2.5 frame nuc raising a queen not a good way to raise good queen's.
I would of got a mated queen in and feed them honey or syrup or both as a mix.
Also wondering your edging your bets with such a small nuc now?
