Melt the comb, soak in hot water and make mead or just eat the set comb (ignore books saying its unsellable, actually quite tasty).

Various ways to get bees to reuse* but few to get it out to eat without wrecking the comb. Despite what you may read, losing comb isn't actually the end of the world.

*spray with water and add in super, feed to swarm or trick bees into 'robbing' by putting underneath brood box with smaller hole to brood box than to outside.

I all ways scrap them with a serving spoon then melt the honey and wax. That way you do not have to re wax the frame.

Yes, a good way to save on foundation scraping back.
If you have a press of some sort (fruit press etc) just stick everything in a bucket and heat at 45-49oC for a day or so until honey de-crystallized and liquid, allow to cool and then press out, leaving wax behind and honey to eat.
If no press you can just remelt and place the resultant slurry over a metal strainer and let the honey drip through, stirring the mess from time to time. Not as efficient as a press, but hey ho you get some honey for your efforts.

Scraping back then serving with porridge is good if only a little bit. Might take you a while to eat through a whole super....
