new queen??

good afternoon.. i have had a queen (marked by blue) the hive did not particularly active so i checked again and could not find the original queen but had another with small wings and long black abdomen. there are no visible eggs or larvae. there is a supercede cell in one of the frames. i am having troule uploading my pics what should i do now?? sean

It sounds like she has been superceded by a daughter (assuming that the queen came from that supercedure cell). You could leave it for her to mate if you don't have a spare mated queen
Blue is last years colour though so I would have thought it was a bit early for a supercedure to occur (unless she was injured)
