New queen, multiple cells with two or three eggs

Last week I introduced a queen to a queenless hive. She’s been there just over a week.
Today did an inspection and found only a few 20-30) with cells, most of them had two or three eggs.

Anything to do or just wait and see?

Newly laying queens can lay multiple eggs per cell and can take a few days to get settled. Is the queen still present? If so I wouldn't panic.

My advice would be to now leave them alone for 3 weeks - if you keep going in they may supercede her

As above not uncommon in new queens sometimes also seen in small colonies if she’s outstripped the cluster size.
