My winter hive loss after given an Oxalic acid treatment.

Talking to another member of my local club on the telephone she was telling me she also lost a hive one week after giving an OA treatment.

Strange thing was she also had a hive of older bees due to a queen problem.
Is this something that is common, a hive of older bees dying after being given OA?

No i don't think its to do with the older bee's,treated some with old bee's and they are fine,treated one with old bee's and nosema,they are dead soon after.
