I've just re-read the OP's original thread--- and as far as I can see he's had a load of good answers and no sarcasm, disrespect or any hassle whatsoever.

In addition he has not thanked anyone but started a thread to complain..

Hmm..

Oh yes he has hes sent PMs so dont just assume to try to emphasize a point

Ok my final post
My first post may have been reactionary towards uninvited sarcasm
However the rudeness and sarcasm on this forum is a fact not a the mere whim or misinterpretation of some sensitive soul
If you must demonise forum members for saying how they feel wejll go ahead

Demonise?

You are being rude to me and complain about rudeness?

ROFL.

Let's put this one to bed shall we - it's now just a case of handbags at dawn.
In my view just a bit of ove'reaction but maybe a salutary lesson in thinking when we type how others might interpret what you say - whether it was meant or not

It is a great forum - and all thanks to Adam :winner1st:- lots of sound advice...

Just gets a bit frustrating when people are lazy and don't refer to books as well... some beginners need a mentor not a quick answer from here.
But rudeness is no excuse-- if you cannot say something that isn't hurtful- don't reply!
So beginners-( and we never stop learning!) this winter snuggle down with a good book...

You have a valid point about posting without first, thinking the problem through or referring to a book but posters are constantly been told to "give as much information as possible" relating to their question and probably feel that book answers are to a great extent generalisations. One of the great advantages of this forum and the breadth of knowledge within it is that we beginners are able to obtain a bespoke response which gives us the confidence to carry it out. Case in point, I recently asked the best way to reduce to a single brood box after a unite and I could probably have found an answer in a book or if I had searched, come up with a few suggestions but none would have been tailored to my circumstances and in fact the best answer given on the forum with good reasoning was DON'T! Thanks Jenks and others!

Ok Jenks fair enough agree nuff said

Its all about perception after all
Handbag back in drawer

And just to set it straight I am grateful for serious replies

Best. J
