Most of my hives on brood and a half and noticed now much less brood in the brood box with most of the brood now in the upper half. Is this normally the case at this time of the year? Also some seem low of stores, so giving some liquid feed.

Summer for the bees is nearly over. So yes. They reduce in numbers.

Yes, normal for this time of year and the nectar flow is diminishing. Very little pollen entering - compared with March & April.

Although it's July still there is little coming in.
Don't care what's happening in Finland mate. Here there is little nectar or pollen available at the moment. Everything seems do be happening earlier this year due to a mild winter.

.
We have just now rape so much in bloom, that no hives are able to lick flowers empty. But thanks to Lord, he washes every day flowers. Fireweed has burst to bloom.

We have top in bee plant flowering.

Stores look low. Are many others feeding?

If your bees need food then feed them.
No one can see inside your hives but you.

Is the queen still there? Do you see eggs? They may have swarmed and taken some food stores with them. You live in Yorkshire, so perhaps the weather is not as warm as it is down south

most of mine have now had the second extraction of the year, its been slow of late after a good start to the summer so I've left a full super or one and a half on stronger hives and plan to add a wet to each just to be sure that they have space should they need it before the decline in bees gets going, still have plenty of brood being produced here and pollen coming in.
