I've never tried this but was told by an old Beek that it was a good solution
Take entire hive 30yds away and empty all the occupants on the floor and replace the hive and frames back on the original site, the laying workers won't make it back as they apparently can't fly.
Like i said never tried it as haven't had laying workers, but could be a solution.

I have done what CB suggests whilst also putting a laying queen under a cage in the recipient hive that the bees are flying back to.
It did work but usually now I just knock them out in front of the apiary and let the bees find their way into the other colonies and then use the equipment to start up new colony from one of my nucs.
I'm told it is nigh on impossible to actually distinguish laying workers in a colony.
