Larva found on flight board

In April I started my first hive which seems very strong with now having two supers in place.
This morning my husband found a dead larva on the flight board is there anything to worry about? I have been checking for varroa and have detected nothing yet.

You might get a better responce if you post your question in the main forum.
regarding your question, and i dont yet have a lot of experience but it could simply be that the bee's are housekeeping! ie removing dead or damaged larvae from the hive.

Thank you for that I have spoken to someone else and I'm sure you are right. As for posting in the main forum don't quite know how to do that.
