Hi,

I have the JzBz blue plastic cups for larvae transfer. I also have the hair roller type queen protectors. These protectors however do not fit the jzbz cups. Any idea the correct protectors to buy or how I can make the protectors I have fit?

Thanks in advance.

I thought the hair rollers were from N1c0t and fitted their NC Corpularva cassette system? See: http://www.buzzyb33shop.co.uk/page9.html with the obvious e=3 transposition.

For the JzBz system I've used real hair rollers held in place over the topbar of the frame using either a bent couple of paper clips or duct tape. Or both ... you don't want them to fall off. Once you've done it this way you'll probably go and buy the N1c0t ones at about £10 for 10. It'll save your sanity.

BTW, I stole the hair rollers and taped up the 'open' end using duct tape.

Thanks Fatshark, I like your thinking. I've got some earthing wire around somewhere, might use this as per your paperclip suggestion.

:)
