Is this colony Queenless?

Colony with plenty of bees and lots of stores all winter. Today the inspection board seems to have only uncapping debris from stores but none from brood.
Am I reading this correctly?
Other colonies have brood debris.

Not necessarily ... not all colonies follow the same timetable, it's not that warm yet and it's that and the available forage that will fire the queen into action. If there's no brood when you start inspections then you can worry about it. At present they are alive and eating stores - something to be thankful for.
